My case with DOW Corning has turned into a pathetic saga.

The Settlement Facility, otherwise known as (sfdct ) is a story of total stall, nit-picking pettiness, and complete incompetence on their part. They find the most insignificant, flimsy excuse to deny our claims, completely ignoring doctors diagnoses in favor of a "date type-o" or some other incidental ...They think it is their job to act like a teacher, grading a paper... one who counts off for spelling, noting T's and i's......

They take months and months just to review these cases in order to kill time in an effort to exhaust the resources of we claimants and frustrate the attorney's who have been involved in this Global Action for these past 15 years. They think they can stall us off until we claimants die and they will get to keep the money. It really is, as simple as that. In the days of old, an army would never have to attack a castle, they would simply surround it and starve the people out.... Just kill time, never risking anything.

My most recent denial letter from them is just such an issue.... yet again ! This has prompted me to start this web site and pursue them until the end of my days. It has become abundantly clear to me that they have no intentions of ever paying any disease claims, regardless of the findings in this Class Action and in spite of court orders determined in this case.

There is no Ombudsman that we can turn to and there is no recourse except through The Claimants Advisory Committee, who ;I am beginning to suspect, couldn't care less what goes on with sfdct- I think they are funded by DOW and the employees probably get their paychecks from DOW too. None of these people want this over with, they want to be sure they have a job, get a paycheck.... thus they keep on dragging this out.

Now, back to the reviewers of medical information contained in our disease claims.

I have been a reviewer of information contained in Lab Data, Legal Information, Responsible Parties in dumping toxic waste and much more... it was my job to sort out pertinent, evidentiary information, not to critique the way it was written or correct spelling and typeO's. I would have been fired if I had ever submitted such a foolish admission of my time spent doing a job for which I was being paid. Honestly, I doubt the credibility and credentials of these sfdct employees. It leaves me to conclude that they have been instructed to stall, nitpick and find every excuse they can ( however petty it may be), to put off resolution / conclusion to our claims.

DOW has spent many years suppressing information about the dangers of their toxic silicone implants, but I see hundreds of new web sites going up every day with information about individual cases and documented evidence to disprove their claims of safe and inert silicone. The old adage : "you can fool all of the people some of the time, and fool some of the people all of the time people ; but you can't fool all of the people all of the time" is still true ~
